The present invention provides bifunctional molecules comprising an Rpn11 binding partner and a target protein binding partner. The bifunctional molecule according to the invention binds Rpn11 and binds the target protein, thereby promoting the degradation of the target protein bound to the target protein binding partner. The present invention also provides the use of bifunctional molecules for preventing or treating diseases. |
