The invention discloses a method for GC-MS determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in atmospheric dry and wet sediments, comprising the following steps: after Soxhlet extraction or accelerated solvent extraction of atmospheric sediment samples, drying, concentration, and silica gel purification of the extract Then, the sample concentrate was subjected to full-scan detection by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and then the mass spectrum and retention time of the target components were compared with the mass spectrum and retention time in the computer spectral library. The concentration of the component depends on the ratio of the mass spectral response of its quantitative ion to that of the internal standard quantitative ion; finally, a known concentration of the internal standard compound is added to each sample, and the internal standard method is used for quantitative analysis. The method has short detection process, good precision and accuracy, and can be used for large-scale detection work. When the sampling amount is 1.0g, the detection limit of the method is 0.30-0.60ng/g, which meets the analysis requirements of actual samples. It provides a feasible method for the analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in atmospheric dry and wet sediments. |
