abstract |
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing absorbent paper by a wet method and the absorbent paper manufactured by the method. The method comprises the following steps: respectively carrying out net-feeding molding on the surface sizing agent and the bottom sizing agent to obtain wet surface paper and wet bottom paper; respectively spraying water-absorbing resin for manufacturing water-absorbing paper by a wet method to prepare wet surface layer paper and wet bottom layer paper, and compounding the wet surface layer paper and the wet bottom layer paper which are respectively sprayed with the water-absorbing resin to prepare wet paper sheets; and squeezing and drying the prepared wet paper in sequence to prepare the absorbent paper. The invention adopts a novel super absorbent resin to be applied to the production of manufacturing absorbent paper by a wet method, and the absorption characteristic of the super absorbent resin (SAP) is retained to the greatest extent, so that the manufactured absorbent paper can greatly improve the contact area of the high molecular absorbent resin and paper fibers, and the conductivity of the paper fibers and the super absorbent resin to liquid is obviously enhanced, thereby greatly improving the absorption capacity and the absorption speed of the absorbent paper to the liquid. |
