titleOfInvention A kind of Cu/Cu2O composite film and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of photocatalysis, and in particular relates to a Cu/Cu 2 O composite thin film and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a preparation method of a Cu/Cu 2 O composite thin film, which comprises the following steps: in a mixed atmosphere of Ar and O 2 , using a single substance of Cu as a target, grazing incident magnetron sputtering is performed to obtain the Cu /Cu 2 O composite film; the grazing angle of the grazing incident magnetron sputtering is 45-55°. The invention adopts the grazing incidence magnetron sputtering method to successfully prepare the Cu/Cu 2 O composite thin film, the composite thin film has a granular shape, and the gap between the particles is large, and the Cu/Cu 2 O composite thin film has a dispersed granular shape. It has a large specific surface area, which is beneficial to the transfer of photogenerated carriers and the enhancement of catalytic performance.
