titleOfInvention A kind of amino acid saturated amniotic membrane moisturizing facial mask and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an amino acid-saturated amniotic membrane moisturizing facial mask and a preparation method thereof. The amnion and chorion of the placenta of healthy animals (sheep, goat, deer) were isolated. The amniotic membrane is decellularized to become the acellular matrix of the amniotic membrane; the chorionic membrane is made into chorionic amino acid concentrate (amino acid content ≥3.5 mg/ml) by freeze-thaw fragmentation, centrifugation and other processes. The amniotic membrane acellular matrix was immersed in the chorionic amino acid concentrated solution, and kept at 2-8° C. for 24 h to make the acellular acellular matrix saturated and adsorb the chorionic amino acids to become the amino acid-saturated acellular amniotic membrane. After that, the amniotic membrane is bonded to the mask carrier, which is the amino acid-saturated amniotic membrane hydrating mask. The facial mask of the invention is natural green, without the addition of chemical substances, and has the functions of remarkably moisturizing, increasing skin elasticity, improving skin metabolism, and the like.
