abstract The invention provides a grinding burn detection method for an acid-corrosion-resistant steel workpiece, comprising: taking an acid-corrosion-resistant steel workpiece, using a special acid corrosion solution to acid-etch it, and then rinsing and neutralizing it. Visual inspection under the lamp to determine whether there is grinding burn, the normal surface is a uniform light gray or gray surface; the tempered burn surface is dark gray or black; the secondary quenching burn surface is lighter than the normal surface, and the surrounding area is light gray or black. The black tempered grinding burn area is surrounded; the special acid etching solution is prepared according to the following composition: the volume fraction of nitric acid is 10-20%, the volume fraction of hydrochloric acid is 5-10%, and the concentration of ferric chloride hexahydrate is 3-20% 10g/L, the balance is deionized water or ethanol. The detection method can be used for grinding burn detection of special steel parts, and has the advantages of simple operation, intuitive defect display, reliable detection results, high detection efficiency, low cost and strong practicability, and can be used for large-scale batch detection.
