titleOfInvention | Application of oryza sativa auxin glycosyl transferase gene in cultivation of flooding-resistant rice variety |
abstract | The invention discloses application of a rice auxin glycosyltransferase gene in cultivation of a flooding-resistant rice variety. The nucleotide sequence of the gene OsIAGLU is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, and the amino acid sequence of the coded corresponding protein is shown as the sequence table SEQ ID NO. 2. The OsIAGLU gene is reported in rice for the first time to regulate the growth of coleoptiles under a flooding condition, experiments show that the gene is mutated to reduce the coleoptile growth capability under the seed flooding condition, and the gene is overexpressed to improve the coleoptile growth capability under the seed flooding condition. The OsIAGLU gene disclosed by the invention is proved to regulate and control the growth of coleoptiles of submerged seeds of rice, and the gene is favorable for screening and cultivating flooding-resistant rice varieties and is favorable for direct seeding rice production. |
