abstract | The invention discloses a heterostructure structure color microfiber, a preparation method thereof and a cardiomyocyte detection method, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps of constructing a microfluidic chip by using a capillary tube and using the microfluidic chip as a heterostructure structure color microfiber preparation platform, configuring a pre-polymerization solution as a fiber component, wherein a pre-polymerization solution comprises a biocompatible hydrogel solution and at least one concentration of silica non-close-packed colloidal crystal pre-gel, and adding a photoinitiator into each pre-polymerization solution respectively; the two pre-polymerization liquids are alternately injected into the collecting pipe by programming through the microfluidic chip, and the collecting pipe part is continuously irradiated by ultraviolet light to obtain the structural color microfiber of the heterostructure. The invention has the advantages of controllable preparation, low cost, realization of visual quantitative sensing of cell physiology and the like. |
