abstract | The invention discloses a cationic hydrophilic finishing agent applied to the technical field of chemical industry and a preparation method thereof, wherein the raw material formula of the finishing agent comprises dimethyl terephthalate, glycerol, polyhydric sugar alcohol, quaternary ammonium salt and a catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of the dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), the glycerol, the polyhydric sugar alcohol and the quaternary ammonium salt is 3:6: 1-2: 0.4-0.8; the dosage of the catalyst accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the total mass of the dimethyl terephthalate, the polyhydric sugar alcohol, the glycerol and the quaternary ammonium salt. The finishing agent has a polyether chain segment and a polyester chain segment, the polyester chain segment is similar to a polyester fiber structure, and can be subjected to co-melting and co-crystallization with polyester fibers in the finishing process, so that the binding force between the finishing agent and the polyester fibers is increased, the finishing agent has good hydrophilicity, washability and hand feeling, and in addition, the binding fastness between the finishing agent and the polyester fibers can be enhanced due to the positive charge of the finishing agent, and the instant antistatic performance of fabrics is improved. |
