The composite material comprises polytetrafluoroethylene, viscose-based carbon fiber, molybdenum disulfide, graphite fluoride and silicone resin micro powder containing perfluoroalkyl, crosslinkable vinyl bond and silicon-hydrogen bond, a network skeleton structure is endowed to the composite material through a silicon-hydrogen addition reaction in a silicone resin micro powder system, the connection between the viscose-based carbon fiber and the silicone resin micro powder is realized through the silicon-hydrogen bond, and good compatibility is endowed to each component through a fluorine-containing branched chain of the silicone resin micro powder. The cage-type skeleton structure-based polytetrafluoroethylene composite material prepared by the preparation method has the advantages of good high temperature resistance, excellent mechanical property, small creep deformation and good compression resilience, can effectively control cold flow property, and can meet the requirements of sealing elements such as piston rings for high-power natural gas compressors. |
