The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-elasticity and high-strength double-crosslinked porous hydrogel, which comprises the steps of configuring acrylic acid, a hydrophilic monomer, a chemical crosslinking agent, an initiator and a solvent into a prepolymerization liquid; adding a porogen into the liquid until it is in a saturated filling state; transferring the saturated filling prepolymer solution to UV to initiate polymerization to obtain a chemically cross-linked hydrogel; soaking the chemically cross-linked hydrogel in an iron ion solution to obtain a physical cross-linking The double-crosslinked porous hydrogel of the present invention. The method of the invention is simple and feasible, the process is simple and no special equipment is required, and the porous hydrogel prepared by the method of the invention has the characteristics of high elasticity and high strength, and can quickly recover its original state after being fatigued at room temperature.
