The invention belongs to the technical field of artificial organ manufacturing, and particularly relates to a special die and a method for preparing a living organ by using the same. The method overcomes the defect that the prior art is difficult to realize the accurate construction of various shapes of the artificial organ containing the multi-branch vertical channel. Comprises a bottom die, at least one inner die and at least one outer die; an annular step with the radius gradually increased from bottom to top is formed on the inner wall of the bottom die, and a groove is formed in the bottom surface of the bottom die; the number of the outer molds corresponds to the number of the stepped layers, and the outer molds are of sleeve-shaped structures with two open ends; the outer mould is placed on the corresponding ladder to form a top open structure; the number of the inner molds is the same as that of the grooves, each inner mold corresponds to one groove, and each inner mold comprises a transverse mold for simulating a secondary branch channel of a blood vessel, a bile duct, a nerve and a trachea and a longitudinal mold for simulating a branch of a primary channel; when the die is used, the longitudinal die is embedded into the corresponding groove of the bottom die, and the diameter of the groove is completely consistent with that of the longitudinal die. |
