abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of electrochemical devices, and particularly relates to a diaphragm which comprises a porous base material layer, a heat-resistant coating, an adhesive coating and a fast ion conduction layer, wherein the heat-resistant coating is arranged on at least one surface of the porous base material layer, the adhesive coating is arranged on the surface of the porous base material layer or the surface of the heat-resistant coating, the fast ion conduction layer is arranged on the surface of the heat-resistant coating, the fast ion conduction layer comprises an ion conduction material, and the ion conduction material comprises at least one of polyvinylidene fluoride, copolymer of polyvinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene and lithium carboxymethyl cellulose. In addition, the present invention also relates to an electrochemical device comprising the separator. Compared with the prior art, the diaphragm provided by the invention has better bonding performance and heat resistance, and has the capacity of assisting in improving lithium ion transmission, and the electrochemical device provided by the invention has better circulation capacity and excellent low-temperature performance.
