abstract |
The invention relates to a base powder liquid quality database used for screening of chemical hazards in milk powder, and a method for screening chemical hazards in milk powder by using the database. The method includes the following steps: (1) before milk powder (2) use liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS) to detect the milk powder components; (3) compare the first-level mass spectrometry information with the base powder liquid quality database, and confirm the non-base powder components with Hazard database comparison to confirm the addition of chemical hazards. |
