abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of functionalized graphene intercalation in-situ polymerized polyester composite fiber. The preparation method of graphene is as follows: adding graphite oxide into N,N-dimethylformamide solvent to form a uniform dispersion; adding a diacid peroxide reagent to the dispersion, and reacting to obtain functionalized graphene; S2 : put the graphene slurry, terephthalic acid and polymerization catalyst into the reaction kettle, and obtain graphene-modified polyester chips after esterification and polycondensation reaction; S3: extruding and spinning the graphene-modified polyester chips, stretching to prepare the graphene-polyester composite fiber. The invention improves the peeling effect of the graphene by intercalating the graphene, thereby improving the spinnability of the fiber, and the in-situ polymerization process can be used to obtain the polyester fiber with excellent antibacterial and antistatic properties. |
