The invention discloses a method for preparing hexanediol by whole-cell catalysis of genetically engineered bacteria, and relates to the technical field of biocatalysis. The technical scheme of the present invention mainly uses the whole cell catalysis of SMO, FAD and EH three genetically engineered bacteria or the mixed catalytic substrate n-hexene of SMO, FAD, GDH and EH four genetically engineered bacteria whole cells, and hydrolyzes to finally obtain hexanediol. The method for generating hexanediol in the technical scheme of the present invention has the characteristics of mild reaction, little pollution, non-toxic by-product formation, high conversion rate, high production efficiency, low production cost and the like. |
