abstract | In the acoustic head and the ultrasonic probe, the side wall of an internal array element, the side wall of a backing and a negative electrode butt joint part of a flexible circuit board are all provided with conducting layers formed by conducting materials, and the conducting layers continuously extend to a grounding point of the negative electrode butt joint part from a negative electrode of a wafer through the side wall of the backing so as to enable the negative electrode of the internal array element to be electrically connected with the grounding point. The structure omits the traditional copper foil, the flexible circuit board is directly electrically connected with the negative electrode of the internal array element by utilizing the conducting layer, the overall structure of the sound head can be reduced, and meanwhile, the consistency of the wafer, the back lining and the matching layer is facilitated. |
