The invention discloses a method for constructing a Longjing green tea quality discrimination model based on partial least squares, and belongs to the technical field of food. The method of the invention uses physical and chemical indicators such as tea polyphenols, free amino acids, ascorbic acid, catechin, chlorophyll, color difference value and aroma components in Longjing green tea as characteristic values to analyze, and combines correlation analysis and principal component analysis to determine the sensory relationship with green tea. Effective components related to quality were extracted, characteristic variables were extracted, and the adaptability of different varieties of green tea to the discriminant model was discussed. Based on the partial least squares discriminant analysis method, a PLS‑DA quality discriminant model with high precision and good accuracy was established. |
