titleOfInvention Photocuring 3D printing hierarchical pore ceramic material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a photocuring 3D printing hierarchical porous ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method of the photocuring 3D printing hierarchical porous ceramic material comprises the following steps: preparing a diluent and photosensitive resin into primary printing resin slurry; preparing ceramic powder, a hierarchical pore promoter and a surfactant into a hierarchical pore enhancer; the hierarchical pore promoter includes a reactive hierarchical pore promoter and a non-reactive hierarchical pore promoter; mixing and stirring the primary printing resin slurry, the multi-level hole enhancer, the dispersant, the curing agent and the ultraviolet light absorption regulator to obtain ceramic slurry; carrying out photocuring forming treatment on the ceramic slurry by adopting a photocuring 3D printer to obtain a photocuring forming biscuit; and degreasing and sintering the photocuring molded biscuit to obtain the hierarchical porous ceramic material. The method is mainly used for preparing the hierarchical porous ceramic material with controllable pore size distribution and pore diameter and high porosity, and the preparation method has the advantages of low cost and simple process.
