The invention discloses a small crystal grain high pore volume CHA zeolite molecular sieve, a synthesis method thereof, and a denitration SCR catalyst synthesized by using the small crystal grain high pore volume CHA zeolite molecular sieve. It is synthesized from a composite organic template formed by a hydronaphthalene quaternary ammonium compound and a N,N,N-dimethylethylcyclohexyl quaternary ammonium compound, wherein the molar ratio of silica to alumina is 5~ 80. The total specific surface area determined by BET method is 500-800m 2 /g, the total pore volume is 0.25-0.45ml/g, and the micro-pore volume is 0.15-0.25ml/g; the average grain diameter of the molecular sieve is ≤500nm, The grain size in the crystal plane (-210) direction is 50-160 nm. The molecular sieve of the present invention is a silica-alumina zeolite molecular sieve having high heat resistance without having a large grain size, and the catalyst of the present invention also exhibits high nitrogen oxide reduction characteristics after exposure to high temperature and high humidity. In particular, it exhibits high nitrogen oxide reduction properties in the temperature range of 200°C to 650°C. |
