titleOfInvention Tissue engineering scaffold based on lotus roots and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a tissue engineering scaffold based on lotus roots and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: s1, lotus root pretreatment: peeling lotus roots, slicing, and freeze-drying to obtain a freeze-dried lotus root bracket; s2, tissue engineering treatment: and (5) carrying out tissue engineering treatment on the freeze-dried lotus root scaffold obtained in the step (S1) by using a biocompatible material to obtain the tissue engineering scaffold based on lotus roots. Because of the unique natural structure and chemical composition of lotus root, the tissue engineering scaffold still maintains a good porous structure after freeze drying treatment, can support the adhesion and growth of cells, has good biocompatibility and oxidation resistance, has the functions of promoting cell migration, vascularization and the like, is favorable for promoting tissue repair, and has good application prospect.
