abstract |
The present invention provides a solid electrolytic capacitor having an electrolyte layer including a solid electrolyte layer and a liquid, in which the dedoping reaction is suppressed, and the ESR is difficult to rapidly increase especially after thermal stress loading. In a solid electrolytic capacitor, an electrolyte layer is formed in a capacitor element in which an anode foil and a cathode foil are made to face each other. The electrolyte layer includes a solid electrolyte layer and a liquid. The solid electrolyte layer contains a conductive polymer including a dopant and a conjugated polymer. The liquid fills the voids in the capacitor element in which the solid electrolyte layer is formed. The electrolyte layer contains ammonia as a cationic component, and the molar ratio of the cationic component to 1 mol of functional groups capable of contributing to the doping reaction of the dopant is 23 or less. |
