abstract The invention discloses a fluorescent characteristic standard spectrum library for identifying paralytic shellfish toxin-producing microalgae, and a construction method and application thereof. The method extracts the three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum information of the PSP-producing algae and the non-PSP-producing algae growing under different environmental conditions, uses the Db7 wavelet function to extract the characteristic peaks of the experimental algae, and then uses the system clustering method to perform cluster analysis, and eliminates abnormal spectra. The standard spectrum was screened to obtain a standard library of Db7 fluorescence characteristics. According to the discriminant function established by the standard library of fluorescence characteristics to discriminate between PSP-producing algae and non-PSP-producing algae, the correct rates of discrimination were 84.6% and 95.6%, respectively, and the correct rate was very high. The purpose of rapid and accurate identification of toxin-producing algae is basically achieved. The standard spectral library of fluorescence characteristics can be used to prepare a red tide algae identification sensor or a portable algae fluorescence identification instrument.
