abstract | The invention discloses a marker related to the resistance of tumor cells to cisplatin. The marker is miR-122b-3p, and its nucleotide sequence is shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The present invention finds that miR-122b-3p can be used as a marker of tumor cell drug resistance by establishing SK-OV-3/DDP drug-resistant cell lines; miR-122b-3p is resistant to DDP in SK-OV-3/DDP cells It can reverse the resistance of SK-OV-3/DDP cells to DDP by down-regulating miR-122b-3p; and can inhibit the proliferation rate of ovarian cancer SK-OV-3/DDP cells, and also inhibit its Cloning ability. This provides a scientific basis for finding new molecular therapeutic targets, guiding clinical medication, and more effectively combating cisplatin resistance. |
