titleOfInvention Marine environment petroleum degradation biological agent
abstract The invention discloses a marine environment petroleum degradation biological agent, and relates to the technical field of marine environment petroleum pollution treatment. The preparation method of the marine environment petroleum degradation biological agent specifically comprises the following steps: culturing a compound microbial inoculum, and culturing and mixing pseudomonas, acinetobacter and flavobacterium to obtain mixed fermentation liquor; and preparing a biological agent, namely centrifuging and resuspending the mixed fermentation liquor, and mixing the mixed fermentation liquor with the carrier suspension. The preparation method of the carrier comprises the following steps: surface functional coating, namely forming a beta-pentagalloyl glucose coating on the surface of the wood powder; and (3) chemically modifying the wood flour containing the coating layer by utilizing L-A-phospholipid-L-serine. The biological preparation prepared by the invention combines microorganisms with carriers, fixes degrading bacteria in independent microenvironment, improves the biological stability of cells, and further improves the degradation rate of petroleum pollutants.
