The invention discloses a thermal-insulation sweat-absorbent knitted underwear which comprises a double-layer fabric, wherein the inner layer is a thermal-insulation layer, the outer layer is a sweat-absorbent layer, raw materials of the inner layer consist of 20-40 parts of graphene nano fibers, 20-60 parts of bamboo carbon fibers and 40-60 parts of cotton fibers according to the mass ratio, and the outer layer consists of 20-50 parts of cross-shaped cross-section PTT fibers, 20-40 parts of bamboo carbon fibers and 30-60 parts of cotton fibers according to the mass ratio; in addition, a preparation method of the warm-keeping sweat-absorbing knitted underwear is also disclosed.
