abstract |
The present application relates to fuse adjustable output drivers. The memory device employs circuitry that can be used to adjust the output impedance. Embodiments described herein relate to fuse-based conditioning circuits that can be used to assist in output impedance compensation, such as ZQ calibration, and facilitate size reduction and/or power consumption reduction of the memory device. |
