abstract |
The invention discloses a SNP marker for identifying a broccoli variety 'Zheqing 75'. The SNP markers are respectively located at the 42031808th position of the C1 chromosome of the broccoli HDEM reference genome and the 6582159th position of the C6 chromosome of the broccoli HDEM reference genome genome. and the base at position 38826789 of chromosome C7 in the broccoli HDEM reference genome is G or C. Also provided are primers for detecting the SNP marker, the nucleotide sequences of which are shown in SEQ ID NO. 1-9. The SNP marker and its primers of the present invention can identify the purity of the 'Zheqing 75' hybrid based on the KASP technology system, the results are stable and accurate, and the purity and authenticity of the 'Zheqing 75' seeds can be identified by high-throughput. |
