The invention discloses a method for quantitatively detecting Bifidobacterium longum strains, belonging to the technical field of microorganisms. The present invention provides a specificity for screening and/or identifying Bifidobacterium longum strains that is simple to operate (can avoid a large number of electrophoresis experiments), can effectively overcome the difficulty of obtaining a large-scale pure bacterial culture, and obtain a wide confidence interval. The genetic method, which is different from the traditional electrophoresis method (in the limited range of available pure cultures of bacterial strains, identifies strain-specific sequences), the method of the present invention adopts the concept of population genomics to obtain hundreds of strains sequenced from public databases. Genome information of bifidobacteria, using the bioinformatics method, obtains "strain-specific" sequences with wider confidence intervals, and saves a lot of time, effort and cost. |
