titleOfInvention An acute myocardial infarction detection system
abstract The invention discloses an acute myocardial infarction detection system, wherein the detection system includes four pairs of amplification primers and a multiplex PCR mixed reaction solution, wherein the amplification primers are used for amplification including rs1122608 site, rs4977574 site, rs11206510 site point and/or rs1746048 site, each pair of primers corresponds to the upstream and downstream regions of a SNP site. The invention adopts the amplification method of multiple PCR to simultaneously amplify four important SNP sites of acute myocardial infarction, and can flexibly select the combination of amplified sites according to actual needs, and can play a multi-purpose function of one box. The specificity of the primers is high, the mismatch rate is low, the primer length and Tm value are reasonably designed, and the amplification products are easy to detect and separate. Amplifying the products of multiple items at one time not only greatly improves the amplification efficiency, but also reduces the amplification cost. This detection system can be extended to other SNP site detection, and has good promotion value.
