titleOfInvention Crystalline polyarylethersulfone ketone, preparation method and application thereof, polyphenylene sulfone-polyarylethersulfone ketone binary alloy material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of high polymer materials, in particular to a crystalline polyarylethersulfone ketone, a preparation method and application thereof, a polyphenylene sulfone-polyarylethersulfone ketone binary alloy material and a preparation method thereof. The molecular structure of the crystalline polyarylethersulfone ketone provided by the invention has a rigid rod-like biphenyl structure, so that the proportion of rigid chain segments in the molecular chain of the polyarylethersulfone ketone provided by the invention is increased, the molecular chain repetition regularity and the structural symmetry are improved, the orderly stacking of the molecular chain segments of the polyarylethersulfone ketone is promoted, and the crystallizable polyarylethersulfone ketone resin with higher crystallinity is obtained. The problem that the conventional general polyarylethersulfone ketone resin cannot be crystallized due to the fact that the regularity of a molecular chain segment is damaged due to large bond angle difference between a phenylsulfone bond and a phenyl ether bond is solved.
