titleOfInvention Method for extracting iridoid compound from patrinia scabiosaefolia fisch
abstract The invention discloses a method for extracting iridoid compounds from patrinia scabiosaefolia fisch, which comprises the following steps: taking dried patrinia scabiosaefolia as a raw material, crushing, extracting with ethanol to obtain an extracting solution, and recovering a solvent under reduced pressure to obtain an extract; dissolving the extract in water, loading onto macroporous resin column, gradient eluting with 20% ethanol, 40% ethanol, 60% ethanol, 80% ethanol and 95% ethanol, and collecting 40% ethanol eluate; and mixing the 40% ethanol elution part with silica gel, and then loading the mixture into a column, wherein the volume ratio is 20: eluting with dichloromethane-methanol solution of 1, detecting by thin layer chromatography, mixing the same components, and recovering solvent under reduced pressure. The method is favorable for better developing and utilizing the patrinia scabiosaefolia bunge which is a medicinal plant and is favorable for sustainable utilization of the plant; the invention has simple extraction process, recyclable solvent and high extraction yield, and is suitable for industrial production.
