abstract |
The present invention provides a tin oxide-modified cobalt-zinc bimetallic organic framework-derived carbon composite material for lithium ion battery electrode materials and a preparation method thereof. Firstly, the cobalt-tin bimetallic organic framework was prepared, and then the tin oxide was calcined at low temperature by adsorbing tin ions inside and on the surface of the cobalt-zinc bimetallic organic framework by the impregnation method, and finally the organic framework was carbonized at high temperature. The tin oxide-modified cobalt-tin bimetallic organic framework-derived carbon composite material disclosed in the invention effectively improves the shortcoming of low theoretical capacity of the traditional carbon material as an electrode by adding tin oxide, and the reversible capacity and the reversible capacity are improved after the tin oxide is combined with the carbon material. Cycling stability, the first reversible capacity reaches 997mAh/g at a current density of 0.1C, and the specific capacity can be stably maintained at 603mAh/g at a large current density of 1.6C. |
