At a low temperature of 0 °C to 100 °C, an organic amine salt additive is introduced into the perovskite precursor solution to obtain a precursor solution, and it is coated on the surface of the substrate to form a precursor film on the surface of the substrate. The substrate is immersed in a reaction solvent at a low temperature of ℃-100 ℃ to carry out a leaching reaction, so that the precursor thin film forms a perovskite thin film. The method of the invention realizes the preparation of high-quality, high-crystalline inorganic perovskite thin films at low temperature. The present invention also provides an application example of the above-mentioned preparation method of the perovskite thin film in a perovskite solar cell.
