titleOfInvention A photonic crystal microsphere capillary column for detecting ochratoxin A and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention discloses a photonic crystal microsphere capillary column for detecting ochratoxin A and its preparation method and application. The photonic crystal microsphere capillary column uses a self-assembled photonic crystal of silica nanoparticles as a plunger. The capillary column is prepared by filling with photonic crystal microspheres whose surface is modified with a fluorescent nucleic acid aptamer capable of specifically recognizing ochratoxin A. The photonic crystal microsphere capillary column prepared by the present invention is convenient to carry, and can realize automatic extraction of samples by capillary action, wherein the photonic crystal plunger can eliminate impurity interference and play a purifying role, and can utilize fluorescent nucleic acid aptamers modified on the microspheres A method for on-column fluorescence detection and analysis of ochratoxin A was established. The detection and analysis method for the detection of ochratoxin A is simple and rapid, has high specificity and low cost, overcomes the shortcomings of existing detection technologies, and meets the needs of rapid detection of ochratoxin A in actual samples.
