The photonic crystal microsphere capillary column uses a photonic crystal self-assembled by silica nanoparticles as a plunger, The capillary column is prepared by using a photonic crystal microsphere whose surface is modified with a fluorescent nucleic acid aptamer capable of specifically recognizing ochratoxin A as a filler. The photonic crystal microsphere capillary column prepared by the invention is convenient to carry, can realize automatic sample extraction by capillary action, the photonic crystal plunger can eliminate the interference of impurities and play a purifying role, and can utilize the fluorescent nucleic acid aptamer modified on the microsphere. An on-column fluorescence detection and analysis method for ochratoxin A was established. The detection and analysis method for the detection of ochratoxin A is simple, rapid, high in specificity, and low in cost, overcomes the shortcomings of the existing detection technology, and satisfies the demand for rapid detection of ochratoxin A in actual samples.
