titleOfInvention | Method for recovering nickel from electroplating waste liquid by utilizing diphosphonic acid extractant |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of extraction of metals and phosphonic acid extractants in recovered wastes, and particularly relates to a method for extracting and recovering nickel from electroplating waste liquid by using a diphosphoric acid extractant. The common acidic organic phosphorus (phosphine) extractant has poor effect of extracting nickel ions in the electroplating waste liquid, is complex to operate and often needs saponification. The invention adopts N, N-dodecylamine di (methylenephenylphosphinic acid) (DADMPPA), N-hexadecylamine di (methylenephenylphosphinic acid) (HADMPPA) and N, N-octadecylamine di (methylenephenylphosphinic acid) (OADMPPA) as extracting agents to extract nickel ions in electroplating waste liquid. The technology has the advantages of short extraction time, high efficiency, simple operation and little pollution, and can realize the recovery of nickel in the electroplating waste liquid. |
