The invention discloses a thiosemicarbazone compound, and its biological activity is analyzed; the application of the thiosemicarbazone compound in the preparation of antibacterial drugs; the present invention starts from hydrazine hydrate to synthesize important intermediates 6a~ 6h, respectively reacted with adamantane benzaldehyde to synthesize 8 adamantane aromatic aldehyde thiosemicarbazide compounds, whose structures can be confirmed by infrared, 1H NMR, carbon spectrum and mass spectrometry, and their antibacterial activities were tested. In vitro test, the results show a good bacteriostatic effect on Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. |
