abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing halogenated polyfluorobenzene, wherein the halogen is chlorine and/or bromine, and the method comprises the steps of heating polyfluorocarboxylate potassium salt with as Perhalogenated alkyl or bromine reaction of halogenating agents. As perhalogenated alkanes, carbon tetrachloride and hexachloroethane are used in the production of chlorinated polyfluorobenzenes, while dibromotetrachloroethane and bromotrichloroethane are used in the production of brominated polyfluorobenzenes. The results show that the yield is between 60% and 95%. |
