titleOfInvention Device for monitoring dissolved organic matters in water body by fluorescence spectrometry and detection method
abstract The invention discloses a device and a detection method for monitoring soluble organic matters in a water body by using a fluorescence spectrum method. The device disclosed by the invention realizes physical separation of soluble organic matters in a complex water body according to the volume size of the dissolved organic matters by organically combining the micro-filtration membrane, the ultra-filtration membrane and the nano-filtration membrane component on a monitoring site, extracts fluorescence spectrum characteristic information by measuring the fluorescence spectrum of each separated solution, establishes an identification comparison database, effectively reduces and eliminates information loss caused by overlapping of the fluorescence spectrum in the mixed water body or covering of a weak fluorescence signal by a strong fluorescence signal, greatly improves the misjudgment of a possible result of direct water body detection in the prior art, and provides richer, more accurate and more precise spectrum identification comparison information for water quality online monitoring and early warning traceability.
