titleOfInvention Powder coating for sheet metal coil and spray curing process
abstract A powder coating for sheet metal coils, the coating is made of the following raw materials by mass percentage: 50%-60% epoxy-acrylic resin, 10%-15% silicone modified epoxy resin, 20% %-30% Polymethyl Methacrylate, 8%-10% Acrylic, 2%-5% Nano Metal Oxide, 4%-6% Ethylene-Methyl Acrylate Copolymer, 0.2%-0.6% 0.1%-0.4% of lubricant, 0.3%-0.7% of dispersant and 0.3%-0.7% of toner. The spray curing process includes the following steps: spraying the substrate, dehumidifying and drying, UV curing, hardening coating coating and UV curing again. The coating of the invention has reasonable formulation and excellent leveling performance, and the curing process has fast curing speed, excellent leveling property, and uniform coating film thickness; the curing speed of the coating under the curing process is within 60 seconds, and can be adapted to 100 meters. Sheet metal production line with high line speed above per second.
