The bio-ink provided by the invention contains the polymer, the polymer has good mechanical property and biocompatibility, the biocompatibility of the bio-ink can be improved by adding the aloe powder, various anti-inflammation and regeneration-promoting components contained in the aloe can be fully utilized, the inflammatory infection of wounds can be effectively avoided, the growth and reproduction capacity of cells at the damaged parts can be improved, the antibacterial and growth-promoting capacities of the bio-ink can be increased, and the performance defects of the existing single-material bio-ink can be overcome. The biological ink is used for preparing the biological scaffold, and the obtained biological scaffold has good mechanical property, biocompatibility and biological reproducibility. |
