abstract The invention discloses a multivariate time sequence data rule mining method based on online learning, which comprises the following steps of: 1) aiming at the dynamically added multivariate time series data, performing feature extraction on each variable time series to obtain a candidate feature set of each variable, clustering the candidate feature sets respectively to obtain a plurality of clusters, selecting a feature with the best performance in each cluster as a nuclear feature, and obtaining a new data feature set of the variable time series; 2) similarity query is carried out on the existing feature set of each variable and the new data feature set corresponding to the variable, corresponding operation is carried out according to the query result, and the updated feature set of the multivariate time sequence data is obtained; 3) and performing online learning of the classification rule based on the updated feature set. The method has better interpretability, robustness and stability.
