titleOfInvention Latex enhanced turbidimetry detection kit for hepcidin prepared based on monoclonal antibody
abstract The invention discloses a latex enhanced turbidimetric assay kit of HEPCIDIN (HEPCIDIN) prepared based on a monoclonal antibody, which contains latex microspheres of cross-linked mixed HEPCIDIN1-3 monoclonal antibodies, wherein the latex microspheres of the cross-linked mixed HEPCIDIN1-3 monoclonal antibodies cut human HEPCIDIN protein gene sequences into three sections, and are respectively introduced into expression bacteria for expression through expression vectors; then purifying and identifying the expression product, immunizing a mouse, taking the spleen aseptically after the immunity reaches the specified antibody level, and preparing hybridoma cells; and culturing and screening hybridomas to obtain three HEPCIDIN monoclonal antibodies, and then respectively crosslinking the three HEPCIDIN monoclonal antibodies with polystyrene latex microspheres to obtain the antibody. Compared with the prior art, the kit provided by the invention has the advantages that the three monoclonal antibodies are crosslinked on the latex microspheres to form the latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry kit, and the kit can be used for measuring hepcidin and can be used on a full-automatic biochemical analyzer, so that the cost is low, the automation is high, the detection time is saved, and the application value of hepcidin detection is improved.
