The invention discloses a screening method for the combination of intestinal flora for characterizing lung adenocarcinoma with qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome, and a method for establishing the intestinal flora combination and model. The gut microbes of the patients were sequenced, and it was found that the top 6 gut microbiota with the most abundant distribution at the genus level were Bacteroides, Faecalibacterium, Bacteroides, Megamonas, Bifidobacterium, Clostridium, and then used LEfSe analysis method to screen out 4 particularly significant genera Bacteroidetes, Parabacteroides dineri, Prevotella and Flavobacterium, and then used their relative abundance as the autogenous genera. A logistic regression model was established to characterize lung adenocarcinoma with Qi deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome, and the metagenomics results were used to verify the accuracy of the logistic regression model. The combination of intestinal flora was used for objective quantification. The goal of non-small cell lung cancer with Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome. |
