titleOfInvention Application of N-N Coupling Derivatives of Carbazole Diphenylamine to Reduce Turn-On Voltage and Improve Luminescence Efficiency in Organic Light Emitting Devices
abstract The invention discloses an application of a carbazole diphenylamine N-N coupling derivative in reducing the turn-on voltage and improving the luminous efficiency in an organic light-emitting device. The organic light-emitting device comprises an anode, a cathode, and an organic light-emitting device located between the anode and the cathode. 1 or more light-emitting layers, the light-emitting layer comprises carbazole diphenylamine N-N coupling derivatives. The carbazole diphenylamine N-N coupling derivatives of the present invention can be used in organic light-emitting devices, especially as the host material of the light-emitting layer in the organic light-emitting devices, and have the advantages of low turn-on voltage and high light-emitting efficiency, and are superior to the existing ones. Commonly used OLED devices. The turn-on voltage of the organic light-emitting device is reduced to 2.8-3.5V, and the luminous efficiency is increased to 65-81cd/A.
