titleOfInvention A kind of triarylamine derivative fluorescent probe and its preparation method and application
abstract A triarylamine derivative fluorescent probe, a preparation method and application thereof, relate to a triarylamine derivative fluorescent probe containing a thioacetal structure and a synthesis method and application thereof. The production process of the novel triarylamine derivative fluorescent probe constructed by the present invention is as follows: N-(biphenyl-4-yl)-9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluorene-2-amine and p-chlorobenzaldehyde coupling reaction , the resulting product undergoes aldehyde group thioacetal protection reaction. The fluorescent probe of the present invention, in the solution of nitrile (ACN)/buffer solution (HEPES) (9/1, v/v), utilizes Hg 2+ to promote the deprotection of the thioacetal, resulting in the change of the fluorescence effect of the detection system , so as to realize the "on-off" detection of Hg 2+ . The probe has the advantages of short response time, good ion selectivity and strong resistance to other metal ions in the process of Hg 2+ detection. At the same time, the detection limit is as low as 1.57×10 ‑8 mol/L. Trace detection. The invention is applied in the detection of Hg 2+ in Chinese herbal medicines.
