abstract The invention discloses a zero-dimensional metal halide-based light-emitting diode and a preparation method thereof. The light-emitting diode includes a solution and a device structure, the solution includes PEDOT:PSS, a Poly-TPD solution dissolved in chlorobenzene, and a solution of Ph 4 PCl and SbCl 3 dissolved in DMSO, wherein the molar ratio of Ph 4 PCl and SbCl 3 is 2:1. The device structure is ITO/PEDOT:PSS/Poly-TPD/(Ph 4 P 2 )SbCl 5 /TPBi/LiF/Al. Thus, the orange electroluminescent device of zero-dimensional metal halide is realized to promote the application of zero-dimensional metal halide in display lighting. Each functional layer in the present invention is environmentally friendly, the preparation method is simple, and at the same time, it is suitable for other zero-dimensional metal halides, and has a good application prospect.
