titleOfInvention | A kind of flame retardant lyocell fiber and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present application relates to the technical field of clothing fabrics, and specifically discloses a flame-retardant lyocell fiber and a preparation method thereof. The flame retardant lyocell fiber is mixed and spun from the following raw materials by weight: 20-80 parts of N-methylmorpholine oxide with a mass fraction of 50%; 5-8 parts of bamboo pulp; 1-2 parts of starch 1-2 parts of phosphoric acid; 1-2 parts of urea; its preparation method is: (1) preparing composite organic solvent; (2) preparing lyocell fiber spinning solution stock solution; (3) preparing flame retardant lyocell fiber spinning silk dope stock solution; (4) preparing flame retardant lyocell fiber spinning solution; (5) extruding the raw silk through a screw extruder and a spinneret, and entering the raw silk into a coagulation bath to obtain a flame retardant lyocell fiber; ( 6) Alcohol washing of flame retardant lyocell fibers; (7) water washing of flame retardant lyocell fibers; (8) oiling of flame retardant lyocell fibers; (9) drying of flame retardant lyocell fibers. The flame-retardant lyocell fiber of the present application has the advantage of improving the flame-retardant performance of the lyocell fiber. |
