The invention provides an erythromycin processing system and a processing method thereof. The erythromycin processing system comprises: a fermentation device and a control system. The fermentation device is composed of two fermentation tanks in parallel with each other, and a bacterial liquid is arranged on the top of each fermentation tank. The inlet and the feed liquid inlet are used for the entry of bacterial liquid and feed liquid, and the bottom of each fermenter is provided with a liquid outlet for the discharge of fermented products; each fermenter is provided with a liquid ejector and a micro-interface generator, The micro-interface generator located in the upper part is close to the top of the fermentor, and the micro-interface generator located in the lower part is close to the bottom of the fermenter. On the side wall, another liquid injector is disposed opposite the upper micro-interface generator. The erythromycin processing system of the invention solves the problem in the prior art that the air and the fermentation liquid cannot be fully mixed inside the fermentation tank. |
